At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Hang out in the Teen Lounge with our Teen Host. Here you can read, relax, talk, listen to music or join some of our games, crafts and activities.

Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, listen to music, play games, create Bernie's favorite arts and crafts and join our fun activities.
