At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

This class is a natural dynamic form of easy yoga. With the breathing in focus, this class will develop your ability to listen within the body and mind, while you exercise movement, strength and balance. English speaking staff during the class.

Come and celebrate with us when Lollo turns a year older! What a better way to celebrate a birthday than to throw a party with birthday gifts, songs, dance and games! During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. When participating in/signing up for this activity you will donate 1 EUR to Save the Children. Thank you!
