Safety Box
- We recommend that you use the safety box in your room for all your valuables. Please use your apartment key card to activate it the first time.
- The hotel does not assume any responsibility for items not kept in the safety box.
- For your safety, we recommend that you close the balcony doors and windows at night and whenever you leave your apartment/room.
Room Cleaning
Happy Baby & Royal Suites, Lollo & Bernie Suites and Royal Welcome Package:
- Cleaned every day between 8:30 and 15:30.
- Please let us know at the Help Desk if you'd like your apartment cleaned at a specific time.
All other apartment types:
- Cleaning between 8:30-16:30.
- No cleaning service available after 22:00.
- Note: If you’re travelling unspecified, only one apartment cleaning is included. Cleaning service can be booked at the Help Desk.
Fresh Bath Towels & Bed Linen
Would you like fresh bath towels and/or bed linen? Place your used towels/linen at the floor in the bathroom. You can exchange your used pool and beach towels for fresh ones at our Help Desk.
Please note that we offer a maximum change of pool towels once a day.
- Why not re-use your towels and bed linens which help us significantly reduce our electricity, detergent and water usage? Be our environmental hero!
Royal Family - Suite or Welcome Package
If you´ve booked a Royal Suite this is included in your room:
- Daily refill of water

Smoking Policy
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is permitted in designated smoking areas outside the hotel entrance and at the pool area. It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, balconies and terraces.
